Shipping or Pick up
When you have placed your order in your shopping cart, you can proceed to the checkout. At the checkout you can enter your address details and you can choose to have your order delivered to your home via the parcel service or to collect your order from us. If you choose to ship your order, the shipping costs will be automatically displayed. If you want to pick up an order, we recommend that you first contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to make a pick-up appointment.
What are the shipping costs for my shipment?
The shipping costs are determined based on the weight and the delivery address.
To see how much shipping costs you paid, place your product in the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout, if you enter your zip code you will immediately see the exact shipping costs for your delivery.
From € 50,00 including VAT we ship your product for free within the Netherlands.
When will my products be delivered?
If the products from your order are in stock and you place your order before 13:00 hrs, we will ship your products the same day. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to have all products in stock. If a product is not in stock with us and we cannot deliver the product within 5 working days, we will contact you.
As soon as the order is booked with us for shipment, you will receive a shipment mail from us. If your shipment is booked, you will receive the track and trace information by e-mail.
