Amsterdam school cup/pot
A special wooden pot, Amsterdam School style. Burnt and colored. This technique is typical of the Dutch wood industry from the 1920s/30s. The wood was burned and colored in batik style. This fine piece of wood working can be used in all kinds of ways: on your dining table with dried flowers, at your desk as a pencil tray or in the kitchen for ladles. Or as an eye-catcher on your side table or book shelf.
